Log in to Settings “SettingsOn your phone, scroll down and tap Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls”.


On the next screen you will see a circle with the time you used your phone in the middle that day. In this circle, the apps are presented to you by color, which shows you how much you are using them. Click in the center of the circle.


Note: If you haven't seen this feature before, you may need to tap Show Info first to see your stats.



Now you will see a graph showing the time you spent with the screen compared to the previous days. Below this table you will find a list of the most used applications. It would help the user to reconsider how much time he spends with the screen and to regulate the time he uses the apps.



You can use the down arrow to view the most used apps on other days to get a complete overview of the apps you use the most on your Android phone in general

Log into Settings "Settings on your device, then touch a section Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls Digital Wellbeing & Parental Controls" as with the phone above.


In the following interface, tap on the graphical icon located at the top corner.


You will see a graph showing the amount of phone usage per day for a week, as well as weekly statistics for the most used apps.
